This class is provided by Proquest. This class will be offered again if the time is not convenient. CEU’s are not available for this training. Please contact an Electronic Resources Coordinator at the South Dakota State Library via email

The new ProQuest platform has arrived! ProQuest, CSA Illumina, and selected Chadwyck-Healey products will be available on the new platform at launch, and all ProQuest products will be accessible through the new platform over time. The new ProQuest platform brings you the best search experience possible. Join an online session with one of our trainers to get an overview of the new ProQuest platform and see how your end users will be able to search, find, use and share their research. We will also try to answer any questions and show you how to access support, including tutorials, help pages and documentation for the new ProQuest platform. The session is scheduled for 60 minutes to cover:
- Single search box, subject areas and product start pages
- Advanced search
- Search results — faceted search options, document preview and more
- Right tools at the right time — spell check, cite this, export and more
- Search and publication alerts — email and RSS
- My Research
- Tagging and shared lists
- Questions?
