Join us for our 2-hour Ancestry Library Edition (ALE) workshop webinar! One of the most important genealogical collections available today, Ancestry Library Edition (ALE) contains thousands of databases, billions of names, and newly updates search options, results pages, and image viewer! It has unparalleled coverage of the United States and the United Kingdom, including census, vital, church, court, and immigration records, as well as record collections from all over the globe! This course covers content, functions, and features of, as well as tips for using Ancestry Library Edition (ALE). The workshop has been structured to encourage more interactivity, offer chances to practice skills, and as always have questions answered. We will also show you how to access support, including tutorials, help pages, and documentation. Registration is limited - so register early! The workshop is scheduled for 2 hours to cover:
- Content categories review
- Browse and search functions of various collections, including Census, Immigration, and Military records
- New search options on Home and Search tabs and Image Viewer features (for IE and Firefox)
- Viewing, printing, and saving
