Book Summary: Billy has a very special birthday when his teacher and classmates must stay overnight at his family's house to wait out a snowstorm. Billy thinks his after-school birthday party will be canceled because of the snowstorm. As it turns out, everyone in his school ends up at his house because of the storm.
