Use Learning Express Library for Back-to-School or Back-to-Work

Learning Express Library

With school bells ringing again across the state, students, teachers and librarians are back to learning. Let Learning Express Library assist your learning needs with skills improvement tests and courses in math, science, reading and writing for grades four through adult.

Learning Express helps patrons prepare for a better future by offering college and graduate level admission practice tests such as ACT, SAT, GRE, LSAT, MCAT and GMAT. Practice exams for many occupations including postal worker, cosmetician, nursing, electrician, plumber, military service and commercial truck driver may help patrons begin careers. GRE and U.S. Citizenship practice tests can help patrons get their feet in the employment door.

Test results are immediate and give a diagnostic page to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses. Answers contain explanations, so patrons can see why they are right or wrong. To take a test or course, patrons must create a free, confidential account in Learning Express.

Job seekers will find valuable courses in the Job Search & Workplace Skills section, with help in creating resumes, preparing for interviews and the world of work in general. More support is contained in the full-text electronic books about careers, academic tests and skill building.
