There's still time to register for "Digging Deeper into Primary Sources"

Digging Deeper into Primary Resources
"Digging Deeper into Primary Sources," a free online learning opportunity available on Friday, March 6, 2015 from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. CT, focuses on finding and using primary sources in the classroom. Though the primary audience is K-12 teachers, librarians, trustees, historians and genealogists are encouraged to attend. Participants may attend the entire day or a session or two as their schedules and interest allow.

Libraries, why not host a viewing party? Set the session up in your meeting room and invite your community in! Register your library as an attendee and have a sign-in sheet for participants.

Get full details here: library.sd.gov.

This program is sponsored by the SD State Library with a grant from Teaching Primary Sources, Library of Congress.

Attention public library directors: Public Libraries Survey FY2014 closes on March 31!
