About SDSL | South Dakota State Library ECard Applications

South Dakota State Library ECard Applications

The South Dakota State Library has two ECards available to its patrons. Changes have been made to our system that will now allow you to access most all of the SD State Library electronic resources WITHOUT needing a library card.

This access is only available to South Dakota residents.

Ancestry Library remains "in library use only" resources and ReferenceUSA will require a SD State Library issued Ecard for access from home.
