Tracy Cook from the Montana State Library will be at the Rapid City Public Library to demonstrate how a skilled facilitator works with a local board on local issues to help them identify and prioritize their issues and understand who their stakeholders are and what they value.

Tracy will be the facilitator; Beyond the RCP library board, others are invited to come and observe how this process of growth and discovery occurs very organically and naturally if the right methods and questions are used to evoke shared group consensus.

Mapping key local stakeholders and understanding how libraries create public value will be some of the topics covered in this 3-hour session.
