House Bill 1197 Informational Sessions

About

The SD Legislature passed House Bill 1197 this year. This bill has implications for public and school libraries, and schools in general. The deadline for implementation is January 1, 2025. State Librarian George Seamon held informational sessions to discuss public library and school compliance with HB 1197. The same information was shared at both sessions.
