Distribution of State Publications

The SD State Library provides online access to electronic versions of South Dakota state government publications. The South Dakota state statutes addressing the gathering of materials by the SD State Library can be found in Chapter 14-1A-3: Distribution of State Publications .

The number of copies state agencies should send to the state library is defined in: Administrative Rule 24:30:07:06 .
