The 2024 Performance Showcase virtual meet-ups are a great way to kick-start your planning for summer performers. Don't miss this opportunity to share ideas and experiences, and to connect and plan group bookings with other SD libraries in your area.
Register below to participate in the zoom call of your choosing. Then, be sure to explore the newly added 2025 Summer Features information before the meet-ups so you are prepared for discussion and planning during the calls.

When registering, you will need to choose which regional meet-up you plan to attend. This year, we are splitting into East and West. After both calls have concluded, notes on ideas and suggestions from both calls will be shared out to all registrants.
Centrally located libraries may choose either or both calls.
- Western Meet-up: Wed. Nov. 20, 2 pm CT/1 pm MT
- Eastern Meet-up: Thurs. Nov. 21, 1 pm CT/12 pm MT
